Introduction to Google Ads

If you require any training, this will form part of the pricing package regarding ads management and are more suited towards individuals who are not familiar with Google Ads and its functionality. 

Duration: 1 hour

Agenda:

  • Navigate the platform

  • Understand performance metrics

  • Understand different campaign types, bidding types and goals

  • Understand key elements of the UI

  • Open Q&A session

Search

  • Access:

    • Keyword research - to identify new keyword opportunities

    • Campaign & ad group set up - including budget, settings, etc.  

    • Responsive Search Ads (RSA)- can request ad copy to be built from scratch or supplied by the client 

    • Ad extensions - can request ad copy to be built from scratch or supplied by the client 

    • Audience reporting - to allow insights into what audiences are engaging with your ads 

    • Conversion tracking - live set up and guided troubleshooting

  • Access:

    • Budget optimisations- to ensure efficient campaign performance and spend pacing

    • Bidding strategy optimisations - to ensure this aligns best with your campaign objective

    • Keyword optimisations - adding new keywords, negative keyword lists and performance hygiene

    • Ad optimisations - to build keyword relevance and optimise performance

    • Landing page or website optimisation - suggested through keyword performance to build relevance and improve CRO (i.e. conversion rate optimisation)

    • Experiments - running tests including but not limited to; ad copy variation, keyword match types, web page tests, ad scheduling, etc.

  • Access:

    • Weekly performance updates - this is updated via a dashboard so you can have full visibility on WoW changes which is also updated through email with key insights for the week

    • Monthly performance meetings/check-in’s - to discuss highlights, lowlights and opportunities

    • Performance metrics at both (1) an account level and (2) campaign level 

    • Key changes made at (1) an account level and (2) campaign level 

    • Insights will be included in reporting

    • Budget pacing visibility will also be created within the reporting dashboard

  • Access:

    • Assets - all campaign assets (i.e. Display, Discovery, Performance Max and Youtube) to be provided by the client with the correct ratios and specs

    • Copywriting - can request ad copy to be built from scratch from the grouped campaign types

    • Conversion tracking set up - live set up and guided troubleshooting

  • Access:

    • Budget optimisations- to ensure efficient campaign performance and spend pacing

    • Bidding strategy optimisations - to ensure this aligns best with your campaign objective

    • Exclusion list- to prevent irrelevant channels, display placements and app placements from surfacing

    • Ad optimisations - to optimise performance

    • Landing page or website optimisation - suggested through ad performance to build relevance and improve CRO (i.e. conversion rate optimisation)

    • Experiments - running tests including but not limited to; ad copy variation, asset variation, web page tests, ad scheduling, etc.

  • Access:

This service is specifically available in relation to campaign planning, implementation and launch.

ONGOING ADS MANAGEMENT

This service is ongoing support for Google Ads management for all of the above mentioned ad services.
